No hoop experience needed and all basics will be covered, but some hoop experience is of course totally welcome!
All body types and fitness levels welcome.
Whether you are adding this to your existing weekly workout, looking for something new to do, or are looking to start getting fit, beginners hoop class is the work out you’ve been looking for. This class will include stretching, core strengthening, dance, and flow.
Don’t own a hoop? No problem! Borrow a hoop paired specifically for your body size. If you have your own hoop, bring it with you!
Custom Hoops also available for purchase in a rainbow of colors.
