De-stress and get moving in a playful learning environment! In each Hoop Dance class we will focus on specific body parts and hoop dance concepts, building on the body awareness and hoop techniques we’ve worked on previously. The series progression is designed to support and challenge all levels and learning styles and especially beginning hoopers. While the optimum experience is the full series, classes can be enjoyed separately and drop-ins are welcome if space is available.
